Contents
1. Description of Service
DOME (Drone Operations & Management Ecosystem) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for drone operators and drone service organizations. It provides tools for managing projects, crew, drone assets, assignments, incidents, training records, flight planning, filing, and operational reporting.
Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis, with plans offering different feature sets and usage limits as described on the pricing page.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use DOME, you must register as a Tenant by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are registering.
- All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful and accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Each registered organization constitutes a separate tenant workspace. Tenants may not share accounts or credentials between organizations without explicit written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DOME only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to unlicensed drone operations, data fraud, or money laundering.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other tenants' data, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts the platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
- Resell or sublicense access to DOME without explicit written authorization.
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, flood, or abuse the platform's API or endpoints.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
4. Data Responsibility
The Tenant is solely responsible for all data entered, stored, and managed within their DOME workspace. This includes but is not limited to: project records, crew personal data, drone documentation, flight logs, and client information.
- You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to store any personal data of third parties (such as crew members or clients) in DOME.
- DOME shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data resulting from your own negligence, the actions of your users, third-party breaches, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical data. DOME provides export tools for this purpose.
5. Subscription & Billing
Access to DOME features is governed by the subscription plan selected during registration or subsequently upgraded:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
- Invoices are issued through the DOME platform and payments are processed via Midtrans.
- Failure to pay an invoice within the grace period will result in account suspension until payment is received.
- Plan limits (number of users, projects, assets, etc.) are enforced as specified in your active plan.
- Trial periods, if offered, are granted once per organization. Creating multiple accounts to exploit trials is prohibited and will result in termination.
6. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. This includes:
- Early cancellation of a subscription before the period ends.
- Termination of your account due to a violation of these Terms.
- Dissatisfaction with features or changes to the platform.
- Periods of service disruption that fall within our standard maintenance and SLA terms.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will review your case in good faith.
7. Service Availability
We commit to maintaining the DOME platform in an operational state throughout your active subscription period. We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance through the platform's notification system where possible.
We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms.
- Your subscription payment fails and remains unpaid beyond the grace period.
- Your account is found to be engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- We determine that continued operation of your account poses a security risk to the platform or other users.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- DOME is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The total liability of DOME to you for any claim arising out of or related to the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to DOME in the three months preceding the claim.
- DOME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
- The Tenant is not entitled to file any legal action or claim against DOME on any grounds not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct on our part.
10. Intellectual Property
The DOME platform — including its software, interface design, branding, documentation, and all associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of DOME. All rights are reserved.
Your data remains your property. By using DOME, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your operational data.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the DOME notification system with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
