By registering and using the DOME (Drone Operations & Management Ecosystem) service, you ("Tenant") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Data Responsibility
The Tenant is solely responsible for all data entered, stored, and managed within their workspace. DOME shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or breach of data caused by the Tenant's negligence, third parties, or circumstances beyond the service provider's control (force majeure). The Tenant is responsible for performing independent data backups when necessary.

2. Limitation of Claims
The Tenant is not entitled to file any legal action, claim, or lawsuit against the DOME service provider on any grounds whatsoever, including but not limited to: data loss, service disruption, or business losses arising from the use of or inability to use the system.

3. Service Availability
The service provider commits to keeping the DOME system active and accessible throughout the Tenant's active subscription period. Scheduled maintenance may be performed at any time with prior notification to the Tenant.

4. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the Tenant chooses to cancel before the subscription period ends, or if the service is terminated due to a violation of these terms.

5. Changes to Terms
The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the DOME notification system. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
